About Event

The workshop's goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of Next.js and React.js in a two-day event. It covers React.js essentials, including JSX, components, and React Hooks. The afternoon delves into Next.js, introducing the framework, project creation, and API routing, with updates on Next.js v13.It also makes the participants to set up a ChatGPT Messenger project, integrating Firebase and OpenAI API, building the homepage, adding components like the sidebar and chat, and integrating NextAuth authentication. The afternoon focuses on ChatGPT API integration and Firebase deployment, including message functionality, notifications with React Hot Toast, OpenAI API, Firebase Admin, and project deployment on platforms like Github and Vercel

• Building Side Bar and New Chat Components
• Implementing NextAuth Authentication with Firebase
• Building the Login Screen & Functionality
• Creating New Chat Functionality
• Implementing Delete Chat Functionality
Day 2: AN Session : Connecting to ChatGPT API and Deployment (Firebase)
• Building the Chat Section of the Homepage
• Implementing Message functionality
• Implementing React Hot Toast Library for Notifications
• Setting up OpenAI API (contd.) and Firebase Admin
• Building the message component
• Implementing use SWR Testing the Project functionalities
• Uploading on Github.
• Deploying the project on Vercel
